Exact, doar atunci ai nevoie de hostname(no.ip, dyndns, etc) cind ai IP dinamic si esti si server, adica , cind imparti(share-uiesti) si se conecteaza clientul la tine.Cind esti doar client, nu ai treaba cu setari de hostname la tine.

Client nu ai nevoie deloc de no-ip.
