Matematicianul elvețian Leonhard Euler a pus un puzzle care de atunci a devenit celebru: șase regimente de armată au fiecare șase ofițeri de șase grade diferite. Pot fi aranjați cei 36 de ofițeri într-un pătrat de 6 pe 6 astfel încât niciun rând sau coloană să nu repete un grad sau un regiment? (wired)
