Expertii spun ca expansiunea chineza, militara si civila , a domeniului nuclear creaza temeri daca privim aspectul militar si un pic de invidie in domeniul civil ! Dezvoltarea masiva a productiei de energie electrica pe baze nucleare face parte dintre cele mai eficiente metode ... ecologice !!! Piedica cea mai mare in calea proliferarii nucleare civile sunt costurile uriase !!! costuri legate se masurile de securitate atat in materie de constructie cat si de tehnologie in sine. (cnet)
